Wir suchen für unseren Kunden im Bezirk Gmunden.

Your Tasks

• Project management including project initiation and leading the project team
• Creation and maintenance of project documentation such as project plans, task distribution, and calculations
• Coordination of detailed planning and creation of the project requirements specification together with the project team
• Participation in awarding negotiations, including preparation and negotiation of additional and reduced costs within the scope of claim management
• Creation of requirements specifications for external contracts together with the project team
• Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers and strategic partners
• Monitoring project progress regarding deadlines, costs, and quality, as well as active risk management
• Coordination of final acceptance and creation and handover of project documentation
• Holding regular core team and project meetings
• Conducting project closing discussions and creating closing reports
• Project discussions with customers and suppliers on-site in an international environment
• Interface between customers and internal departments for all project-relevant topics

Your Profile

• Completed technical training in automation technology, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering
• Relevant professional experience in project environments or initial project-related experience for graduates
• Economic understanding of project processes and interrelationships
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Very good PC skills, especially MS Office and MS Project
• Basic CAD knowledge is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally of around 25%

Salary

The minimum salary for this position is € 3,396.21 gross/month. The actual pay depends on the respective qualification and professional experience. Depending on the position, we offer flexible working hours and the possibility of home office.
