LEITpuls positions itself as an independent partner for clients, investors, and planning teams on demanding construction projects. The focus is on integrated project management of building technology topics throughout all phases – from the early concept and preliminary study phase through planning and execution to commissioning.

Project Manager for Technical Coordination / Overall Management of Building Technology (80-100%)

We are looking for an experienced individual who will take responsibility and lead our motivated team to project success.

Your Tasks

• Overall management and technical coordination in the field of building technology systems for complex projects
• Representation of the client and safeguarding their interests towards contractors, planners, and authorities
• Responsibility for communication and coordination with clients, investors, authorities, user groups, specialist planners, and other project participants
• Ensuring quality, schedule, and cost targets
• Professional advice and support for clients in all project phases – from concept development to commissioning and operational phase

What You Bring

• Degree as a certified engineer (FH) or technician (TS/HF) in electrical engineering or HVAC or several years of professional experience in an adequate position
• Sound experience in project management in energy and building technology or in building technology systems
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High degree of personal responsibility and independent working style
• Willingness to perform and social skills
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
