The Opportunity
As a project manager/director, you will take on comprehensive and complex customer projects in the payment environment.
An active organization of the daily work as well as the introduction of new ideas to improve the service delivery are desired.
Changing topics and stakeholders inspire you and motivate you again and again. Successful cooperation with internal and external customers in the project business is not foreign for you.
You are versatile and coordinate time, budget and resources with expertise.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Management of customer projects in an international payment environment
- Responsible for the project goals in terms of time, costs, quality and technology
- Active management of quality, risk and change
- Implementation & optimization of internal processes in cooperation with other departments
- Coordination of the various interests of all stakeholders and proactive and transparent communication
- Provision of correct and result-oriented reporting of projects and preparation of the necessary project documentation
- Portfolio management support if required
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor or master degree (university or college) ideally in IT, business informatics or economics
- 6 years of experience in management of multi-disciplinary projects in an international environment
- Experience in payment transactions or card business would be a plus
- Good analytical and conceptual skills
- Good planning and organizational skills, as well as a strong flair for numbers
- High customer focus and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and French
