Your Daily Life

Activity Management
- Lead or contribute to the development of technical and commercial proposals for assigned sectors, in collaboration with the Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Sales departments, ensuring validation of commitments (costs, deadlines, risks, requirements...).
- Lead, coordinate, and mobilize multidisciplinary internal teams (lot managers, engineering, product, purchasing, finance...) and external teams (clients, partners, subcontractors).
- Ensure the successful conduct of projects within its scope, guarantee client satisfaction, and adhere to commitments made and Thales processes.
- Organize the optimal transition between proposal and project phases, structure planning, capitalize on acquired experience, and manage proposal/project closure.
Strategy & Development
- Lead the sector's development strategy by leveraging business/sector intelligence and feedback, in consultation with the BU Director/Manager and sales departments.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the Business Unit's performance plan, including its implementation with the teams.
Performance Management
- Ensure economic management of activities: budget monitoring, forecasts, reporting, contributions to the budget and MYB.
- Develop team potential: support, skills development, cross-functional animation.
Compliance and Thales Standards
- Ensure the application of Ethics and Conduct codes, ensuring compliance with anti-corruption and influence peddling prevention rules.
Working Relationships & Management
- Direct collaboration with the BU Director/Manager, Sales Department, Pre-Sales & Marketing Department, and other transversal functions (purchasing, HR, finance, quality).
- Lead project teams in a transversal manner (functional management, without direct hierarchy).
- Influence and negotiation relationships with all stakeholders: internal, clients, partners, suppliers, certification and governmental agencies.

Do you have an engineering/business degree and at least 8 years of experience, including 3 years in leading complex proposals and/or projects, with mastery of project, budget, and risk management tools and processes?
Do you also have perfect professional command of English?
