Position Overview

As a Promotional Marketing Associate, you will work directly with customers and internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional events. You will help deliver engaging brand experiences, increase brand awareness, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to promote products, services, and brand messaging
• Represent client brands at promotional events and marketing campaigns
• Assist with the development and execution of marketing and public relations strategies
• Serve as a liaison between clients and consumers to ensure clear communication
• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Manage promotional materials and maintain organized campaign assets
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional, high-quality service
• Contribute to improving brand visibility, engagement, and customer experience

Qualifications
