Your Responsibilities

As a visionary and architect of our AI-powered customer interaction, you will not only develop prompts but also conceptualize and orchestrate intelligent, autonomous AI agents. You will combine technological expertise with strategic business acumen to actively redefine the future of our customer service and internal processes, creating measurable added value.

• Development, optimization, and refinement of highly effective prompts for generative AI models, especially for Voice and Conversational AI.
• Conception and implementation of automated testing and evaluation procedures for continuous improvement of the performance, accuracy, and latency of our models.
• Conception and orchestration of complex, cross-system processes in which AI agents autonomously interact with internal and external services via APIs.
• Accompanying the entire development cycle from Voice AI prototypes and workflows to scalable, productive cloud applications (GCP).
• Design of natural, multi-stage dialog flows and definition of a unique personality for our AI agents that delights our customers.
• Translation of business visions into realizable features, user stories, and iterative roadmaps, as well as systematic minimization of AI risks such as bias and hallucinations through the use of state-of-the-art security methods.
• Proactive identification of automation potentials, development of value-adding use cases, and substantiation of initiatives with cost-benefit analyses.
• Confident management of collaboration with specialist departments, IT, and partners, as well as convincing preparation of complex issues for management.
• Knowledge transfer in workshops and through mentoring to expand AI competencies throughout the company in the role of a multiplier.

You

• Hold a completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Possess in-depth experience in prompt engineering and precisely and reliably control the behavior of AI models.
• Have a deep understanding of the functionality and architecture of LLMs, NLP, and Machine Learning.
• Have proven experience with at least one leading Conversational AI solution (e.g., Google, Parloa, Cognigy, ElevenLabs).
• Possess basic technical knowledge in Python or a similar programming language.
• Think and work agilely and are proficient in creating user stories.
• Are enthusiastic about generative AI, language models, and the design of autonomous systems.
• Grasp complex topics, quickly create structure, and make smart, well-thought-out decisions.
• Act empathetically, win others over with clear arguments, and use feedback for continuous development.
• Possess very good German and negotiation-level English skills, both written and spoken.
