Prompt Engineer / AI Specialist

Your role in the team

We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) in the IT and AI sector to support us in the development and implementation of automation, AI, and database solutions.

Our expectations:

Qualifications

• Structural & Process Thinking: you recognize patterns and translate them into clean solutions and consistent architectures.
• Proficiency in German, both spoken and written (at least C1 level), is required for communication with clients.
• The ability to follow existing processes.
• Quick comprehension and high discipline.
• Good handling of performance pressure.
• Strong team player.
• Clean and error-free written expression in German.
• Optional: Database know-how (e.g., Airtable, SQL basics).
• Optional: Understanding of marketing basics and agency processes is an advantage.

Experience

• Basic technical understanding: at least 1-2 years of practical experience in a technical field or programming experience.
• Optional: Experience with Make, Zapier, n8n or similar tools.
• Optional: Programming experience not mandatory but advantageous (Python, Javascript, etc.).

Education

• Completed vocational training or university degree in an IT-related field, e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Technical Informatics, Electrical Engineering, or other demonstrable experience in IT / Automation (e.g., as a career changer with strong interest).
