What awaits you

• You develop, formulate, and optimize prompts for diverse business use cases, especially for our bot family and our AI agent.
• You drive the conception, setup, and further development of context and RAG strategies for productive AI applications.
• You integrate Large Language Models into real systems – from technical integration and fine-tuning to API integration.
• You also monitor the evaluation and optimization of model responses regarding quality, consistency, security, and costs.
• Finally, you work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product owners to further develop end-to-end processes, tests, and monitoring.

What you bring

• Structured, independent way of working, quality awareness, analytical thinking.
• Completed studies with a technical or analytical focus or a comparable qualification.
• Expertise in Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, and LLMOps.
• Very good Python skills as well as experience with relevant LLM frameworks and tools.
• Experience in model evaluation, validation, monitoring, and optimization.
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken (min. C1); English skills are an advantage.
