A company is looking for a Business Analyst I, II, or III to support and enhance Policy Administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze workflows and document requirements for system enhancements
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and collaborate with IT to implement solutions
• Manage project delivery, including user acceptance testing and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Professional experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry as a Business Analyst
• Experience managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and technical resources
• Experience in Agile/Scrum or sprint-based delivery environments
