Our client is a leading international industrial and vehicle technology group, active in the development and production of sophisticated off-highway solutions. Building on high technological expertise and a dominant market position, the company is strategically opening up new application areas in security and defense-related markets. The goal is to transfer proven competencies from the development and manufacturing of high-performance off-highway vehicles to military and security-relevant applications. For the active shaping of the new market segment's establishment, the experienced Proposal / Project Manager (m/f/d) is sought.

Your Role:

• Responsibility for the management and processing of complex national and international tenders from public clients
• Development and further enhancement of structures and processes within the area of responsibility
• Coordination of interdisciplinary bid teams and integration of external partner bids
• Bid calculation considering procurement and price law, and preparation of bid documents
• Ensuring compliance in cooperation with internal and external partners
• Support of the department head in projects outside the bidding phases

Your Profile:

• Completed university degree or comparable qualification with training and further education
• Several years of experience in bid management for complex products and systems in a regulated environment (SVI)
• Sound knowledge of public procurement processes with procurement and price law
• Familiarity with specific compliance requirements in the public and military context (security clearance, IT security, etc.)
• Technical understanding and the ability to present complex content appropriately for the target audience
• Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and projects
• Fluent German and English language skills and IT affinity
