We are seeking an experienced Government Contract Proposal Writer to develop clear, compliant, and compelling proposals in response to federal, state, and local solicitations. This role is responsible for analyzing RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, coordinating with subject matter experts, and producing high quality narrative content that aligns with evaluation criteria and win strategies.

Responsibilities

• Leading proposal development from kickoff through submission
• Managing content libraries
• Ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements
• Maintaining version control and deadlines
• Collaborating with capture managers, pricing teams, and technical staff to translate complex solutions into persuasive, customer focused proposals

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in GovCon proposal writing
• Strong understanding of FAR and agency specific requirements
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment

Experience with proposal tools and style guides is preferred.
