Duties & Responsibilities

• BSc / BTech in Electrical Engineering
• 3–5 years’ experience in proposal management within HV substation EPC projects
• Strong knowledge of HV substation design, equipment, and construction practices
• Proven ability to develop and execute winning proposal strategies
• Leadership experience managing and mentoring proposal teams
• Experience overseeing full proposal lifecycle (technical + commercial)
• Solid understanding of contracts, commercial terms, and risk management
• Proficient in MS Office and PDF tools (Adobe/Foxit)
• Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines
• Strong stakeholder engagement across engineering, finance, legal, and procurement

Package & Remuneration

850,000 - 1,200,000
