About
HotFoot Recruiters is hiring for Provider Support Specialists (Temp) to assist a technology organization during a high-volume support period. This is a short‑term contract role supporting system access requests, troubleshooting login issues, and assisting users with account setup and basic technical support.
This role is ideal for candidates with customer service, call center, or help desk experience who are comfortable supporting users over the phone and via email while working with internal systems.
- Location: Downtown Phoenix, AZ 85004 (On‑Site)
- Type: Contract (6 Weeks)
- Schedule: 40 hours/week
- Pay: $21.00/hr
- Start Date: End of May
Responsibilities
- Assist users with account creation, password resets, and system access requests.
- Provide clear communication and customer support while resolving user issues.
- Perform data quality checks including reviewing duplicate or merged records.
- Document support requests and updates within the ticketing system.
- Verify user training completion and system eligibility requirements.
- Respond to incoming support requests via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot login and authentication issues.
Qualifications
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a structured support environment.
- Experience in customer service, help desk, call center, or technical support roles.
- Comfortable providing phone‑based support and handling support tickets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to assist non‑technical users.
