Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Public Policy Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. The Public Policy Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with governmental and legislative bodies, analyzing policy impacts, and creating strategies to advance public policies aligned with organizational goals. The role involves managing public affairs projects, drafting policy recommendations, and ensuring smooth collaboration among stakeholders to enhance organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Governmental Affairs and Government Relations expertise, with the ability to build meaningful partnerships with public sector entities
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate policies, assess their implications, and propose data‑driven strategies
• Proficient in Legislative Relations to navigate and influence policy‑making processes effectively
• Project Management capabilities to oversee and execute public policy initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders
• Advanced degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in public policy, lobbying, or governmental affairs, preferably in sectors like trade or MSME development
