The Public Sector Segment Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the Public Sector Marketing team’s success by driving high-quality lead generation to foster sales pipeline development and revenue growth. This position is essential in translating outbound marketing efforts into actionable opportunities for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

This individual will be responsible for executing and optimizing outbound lead generation initiatives while working closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to monitor performance, pinpoint gaps, and address lead flow challenges. Duties include tracking campaign effectiveness, analyzing forecasts against actual performance, and proactively adjusting strategies to remain aligned with business objectives.

Additionally, the role encompasses managing the development and delivery of campaign materials, collaborating across teams with internal stakeholders and creative professionals to ensure messaging is timely, relevant, and impactful. The Public Sector Segment Marketing Manager acts as a crucial link between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, ensuring a smooth execution process from campaign launch to lead follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on public sector initiatives seen as an advantage. Strong project management skills, comfort in cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in supporting outbound marketing programs and managing lead lifecycles are essential. Familiarity with Salesforce, campaign tracking, and performance analytics is preferred, alongside strong writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize outbound marketing campaigns to deliver qualified leads, enabling SDRs to continuously generate pipeline.
  • Collaborate on the development of sales materials with segment marketing managers and agency design teams.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience OR an advanced degree with at least 1 year of relevant work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
  • 4-7 years of marketing experience.
  • 4-7 years of expertise in one or more of the following areas: B2B Marketing, Public Sector Marketing, Sales Marketing, Salesforce Campaign Management.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $88,100 - $158,800

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The base pay range provided is for successful candidates in this role. However, actual starting pay may vary based on factors such as work location, qualifications, and experience.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular roles are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance, which is a percentage of the previous year's eligible earnings. Certain roles in Customer Care may qualify for monthly bonuses based on performance.
