Job Description

Primary Role: Responsible for:

• Creation and tracking of purchase requisitions made by the site.
• Resolution of blocked invoices.
• Support for managing the supplier database.
• Development and support for performance indicators on order and invoice tracking, on the Purchase to Pay process.

Activities/Responsibilities:

Purchase Requisitions / Orders:

• Creation and tracking of requisitions generated on site
• Reception of goods orders and support for reception of service orders with end-users.
• Analysis and tracking for order closure

Invoice Management:

• Analyze blocked invoices with users & suppliers to enable payment within payment deadlines.
• Review balances of received orders vs invoices
• Entry of invoices without orders (ACR)

Supplier Database Management:

• Creation and updating of supplier data in DSP

General:

• Creation and review of indicators related to indirect order and invoicing processes.
• Supplier relations
• Training of local users

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree (Bac + 2) in administrative management or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer tools and workstation applications
• Minimum intermediate English
