Paul Wurth Geprolux is a pioneer in the management of large-scale construction projects in Luxembourg. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager.

Your Goals and Tasks for Construction Projects in Luxembourg

• In the construction sector, you will be primarily responsible for the technical and commercial management of complex construction and/or renovation projects, as well as being the direct point of contact for the client.
• You will be responsible for overall project coordination, as well as adherence to deadlines, controlling, and contract management.
• You will lead a project team from various trades and organize work processes and personnel planning.
• You will identify and monitor project risks with the aim of defining, implementing, and tracking measures to minimize them.
• You will be responsible for the technical and economic feasibility assessment of our projects.
• You will contribute to the development of new services and the optimization of new concepts.

What We Expect From You

• Completed degree in engineering or architecture
• At least 10 years of professional experience in the construction industry in Luxembourg
• Knowledge of the norms and regulations applicable in Luxembourg
• Fluent German; language skills in French, English, and/or Luxembourgish are an advantage
• High degree of initiative and teamwork skills
• Confident demeanor, versatility, high assertiveness, and resilience.
