Role: Python Developer with AI/ML

Location: McLean, VA - Onsite

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Python development
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Experience in developing Machine Learning models and predictive analytics
• Knowledge of NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, or Deep Learning concepts
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices
• Strong SQL and database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy
• Understanding of version control tools like Git

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable Python applications
• Build, train, test, and deploy AI/ML models
• Work with large datasets for data analysis and feature engineering
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing applications
• Optimize model performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design and implementation
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues
• Follow best coding practices and documentation standards

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Generative AI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, RAG
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment
• Experience with vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS
• Exposure to Apache Spark or Databricks
