Integrated into Our QA Analyst Team for Our Payroll Software and Based in Lyon, Your Missions Are As Follows:

Responsibilities

• Elaborate and follow functional test plans (manual and/or automatic)
• Write and execute test scenarios
• Produce documentation (version sheet, online help, technical documentation, FAQ…)
• Accept major and corrective versions
• Provide support to Customer Support
• Diagnose and qualify correction requests
• Support pilot clients to ensure reliable general deployment
• Participate in defining acceptance criteria for development, participate in team organization

Qualifications

• You know how to enrich an existing functional analysis
• You master the functional or technical areas of SaaS products
• You know how to adapt your communication to situations, objectives, and interlocutors by using appropriate means and documenting your work
• You know how to cooperate with other company departments and partners, lead presentations or meetings, and have good writing skills

Additional Knowledge (A Plus)

• An ISTQB Foundation Level certification
• Experience in the SaaS world
• Knowledge or experience in software quality processes
• Knowledge in the field of business solutions like Payroll
