The Role We're looking for a forward-thinking QA Automation Engineer who embraces AI-native workflows to raise the bar on software quality at GloPros. This isn't a traditional QA role you'll leverage AI tools to generate, maintain, and evolve test suites at scale, working hand-in-hand with GitHub and GitLab pipelines to make quality a continuous, automated process. You'll be embedded in our engineering team, shaping how we test an AI-driven platform with AI-driven practices.

What You'll Do • AI-assisted test generation use tools like Claude Code to auto-generate, review, and refine test cases across the codebase • Prompt-driven QA workflows design LLM-based pipelines that analyse user stories and PRs to surface missing test coverage and generate E2E scenarios automatically • Build and maintain test automation frameworks using for example Playwright or Cypress with TypeScript • Own CI/CD quality gates in GitLab CI/CD from pipeline design to flakiness detection and reporting • Integrate AI-powered test impact analysis to run only the tests that matter per code change • Implement self-healing locator strategies and AI-based visual regression testing (e.g. Applitools, Percy) • Monitor test health dashboards and continuously improve pipeline speed, coverage, and stability • Work closely with engineers during code review to enforce testability and catch edge cases early • Champion shift-left and continuous testing practices across squads

What We're Looking For Required : • 3+ years in QA automation with a demonstrable focus on AI-augmented testing workflows • Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and/or GitLab CI/CD — writing pipelines, managing environments, configuring quality gates • Proficiency with Playwright or Cypress in TypeScript • Experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Codium, ChatGPT/Claude) to generate or refactor test code • Strong understanding of E2E, API, and component testing strategies • Ability to write and review TypeScript or Python code confidently • Experience with API test automation (REST/GraphQL) Nice to Have : • Experience with AI-native testing platforms (Momentic, Reflect, Octomind, or similar) • Familiarity with LLM-based test generation pipelines or custom prompt engineering for QA • Visual regression testing tools (Applitools, Percy) • Performance testing with k6 or Grafana k6 Cloud • Docker/Kubernetes experience for managing test environments • Knowledge of test observability tools (Allure, Datadog, Grafana)
