QA Automation Engineer (Selenium & Mobile Testing)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium automation and mobile testing to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications. This role requires working closely with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute Selenium-based automation test scripts
• Perform mobile application testing across Android and iOS platforms
• Design and enhance test automation frameworks for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to validate requirements
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
• Execute regression, functional, integration, and performance testing
• Ensure software quality and reliability through continuous testing practices

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA Automation experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Solid experience in mobile testing (Android/iOS)
• Experience with automation frameworks and test case design
• Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in cable, telecom, or enterprise environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
