QA Engineer (Python/Java + Playwright + AI)

Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in automation testing, test strategy, and team leadership.

Required Skills:

• Multiple years of QA/testing experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Python/Java
• Expertise in End-to-End (E2E) testing
• Experience in Test Strategy and Test Planning
• Proven experience leading and managing QA teams
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks and QA best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with AI/ML-based testing solutions
• Agile/Scrum environment experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Lead QA activities across multiple projects
• Design and implement automation testing strategies using Playwright and Python
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Manage and mentor QA team members
• Coordinate with development and business teams to ensure product quality
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and automation practices
