THIS IS A JUNIOR POSITION - will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts ensuring end to end coverage
Building automated tests using Leapwork & XPlus platforms (training and certification provided)
Perform functional, UAT, regression and integration testing
Identify, document, and track bugs and defects
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve product quality
Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks
Ensure testing aligns with business and technical requirements
Producing clear test reports and release recommendations

Desired Experience & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer science, information technology, software Engineering or a related field.
1-2 years’ experience in software testing (automation preferred but not essential)
Exposure to automated testing tools (e.g. Leapwork or similar)
Basic understanding of QA methodologies and testing processes
Experience testing integrated or multi‑system environments
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and environments
Experience with scripting or automation concepts (e.g. Selenium, API testing is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong documentation, planning and defect‑management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder confidence
Hybrid work environment (combination of office and remote work)
Experience working in an Agile environment
Understanding of ERP systems and related business processes
