QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of various testing methodologies.
• Identify, analyze, trouble-shoot and report product defects.
• Tools familiarity on QA life-cycle such as bug-tracking tools, test management.
• Understand the requirements, transform those in to test cases.
• Implement and Develop the automation scripts for Web Applications using Selenium Web driver, protractor-based frameworks.
• Automation scripts for Web Services.
• Write DB scripts to create test data for the test cases.
• Planning and execution of Functional, regression, and exploratory test cases in Web and Mobile application.
• Develop Performance Tests(optional).
• Integrate the automation scripts with MTM.

Technical knowledge

• Strong understanding of SQA methodologies.
• 3-5 years of C# programming working knowledge.
• Experience with Selenium Web Driver, Protractor, MS Unit Test Framework.
• Experience in mobile testing framework is desired.
• Experience with TFS and MTM is desired.
• Experience with performance testing is desired.
• Should be strong in Database.

• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
