Your Mission
Integrated into the R&D team and in strong collaboration with developers, you will play an essential role in the reliability, performance, and technical quality of our products. Your scope will include automated testing, software quality management, and supporting teams in a continuous improvement approach. As such, your responsibilities will notably cover:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests covering different levels (unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Analyze needs and identify the most relevant test scenarios, evaluating risks and defining the best validation strategy
- Perform targeted manual tests on new features when necessary, and ensure clear and usable documentation
- Work closely with developers in an agile environment (Scrum) to detect anomalies early, facilitate their resolution, and optimize the detection rate
- Extend, structure, and maintain a test repository consistent with the product architecture and different delivery cycles
- Implement, adapt, or optimize test tools and frameworks (automation, monitoring, performance, coverage…)
- Monitor overall test performance, propose improvements, and contribute to reducing execution times while increasing reliability
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of quality practices within R&D, bringing ideas, technical, and methodological innovations
Your Strengths
To achieve this, you have the following professional experience:
- An engineering degree (Bac+5), at least ISTQB certified (Certified Tester Foundation Level)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in QA Engineering within R&D or software development teams
- Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress…)
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., Zephyr, Xray, etc...)
- Solid knowledge in unit testing, integration testing...
- Programming skills (SQL, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript or equivalent)
- Knowledge of software architecture, REST APIs, and data manipulation
- Rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, and a desire to evolve quality practices
