QA Engineer

Project Overview

We are developing a comprehensive Back Office system (internal admin panel) for an innovative iGaming studio. This mission‑critical platform centralizes game management, partner operations, analytics, and compliance. The project is currently in the MVP stage , focusing on the Game Catalog and Core Management modules.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to take full ownership of the Back Office quality. You will work closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads to ensure the stability of complex modules like Game Configuration, Reporting Dashboards, and RBAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle Testing: Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Back Office modules (Game Catalog, History Service, User Management).
• API & Data Validation: Test RESTful endpoints (Postman) and verify data integrity using SQL.
• Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality test plans, test suites, and detailed test cases in Jira + Zephyr.
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze PRDs in Confluence to identify gaps or ambiguities at early stages.
• Access Control (RBAC): Rigorously test user roles and permissions to ensure system security and compliance.
• UI/UX Verification: Ensure the implementation matches Figma designs and provides a seamless user experience.

Technical Stack

• Monitoring: Kibana, Grafana.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing of complex web applications (Admin panels, CRM, ERP, or Fintech).
• Strong understanding of REST API testing and SQL (medium‑level queries).
• Proven track record in designing structured test documentation from scratch.
• Experience with RBAC (Role‑Based Access Control) and complex permission logic.
• Analytical mindset: you don't just find bugs; you understand the business impact.
• Language: Fluent Russian (for team communication) and Technical English (for documentation).

Nice to Have

• Domain experience in iGaming (understanding of RTP, GGR, bet cycles, and game sessions).
• Experience with Back‑office or Platform‑side testing.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, k6) or basic Automation (Cypress/Selenium).
