Role Summary
We are looking for a QA Analyst with experience in Contact Centre platforms, focusing on testing customer interaction flows, IVR, and backend integrations. This is a consulting job and the client is one of the major banks.
Work Model
Hybrid – 2 days onsite in Toronto
Must Have
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst in Contact Centre environments
- Hands‑on automation experience in IVR/Contact Centre environments, ideally using tools such as Cyara, Playwright, or Selenium
- Experience with functional, regression, and UAT testing
- Understanding of contact centre integrations and data flows
Nice to Have
- API testing experience (Postman / REST)
- Experience with cloud-based contact centre solutions
