Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong Marriott Loyalty/Marriott Bonvoy domain experience for a long-term project with IBM/Marriott. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in testing loyalty applications, rewards systems, member portals, and hospitality-related platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing
  • Validate loyalty program workflows including rewards points, redemption, member tiers, and booking functionalities
  • Prepare and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
  • Identify, log, track, and retest defects using JIRA or similar tools
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
  • Perform API and backend validation testing
  • Ensure overall quality of hospitality and loyalty applications

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of QA Testing experience
  • Strong Marriott Loyalty / Marriott Bonvoy experience
  • Expertise in Manual Testing methodologies
  • Experience with API Testing tools like Postman
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC & STLC
  • Experience with JIRA or defect management tools
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Hospitality domain experience is mandatory

Preferred Skills

  • Automation testing exposure
  • IBM project experience
  • Selenium knowledge is a plus
