QA Engineer - SR160326

Responsibilities

• Perform and define structured functional application, integration, regression and E2E testing activities, includes defining testing cases, executing tests, managing defects, generating reports, communicating issues, developing and analyzing test plans, documenting test results, conducting release readiness reviews, and reviewing documentation.
• Strategize, develop and execute system and regression tests on company Enterprise Data.
• Warehouse and Reporting solutions such as Power BI and Cognos, and Azure.
• Ensure adherence, assurance and review of ETL / BI / ERP Unit Testing. The drive process changes, specifically around quality delivery, consistency and maintainability of Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Write complex SQL Queries for test validation purposes.
• Adhere to quality assurance best practices and project deadlines.
• Attend regular project meetings, knowledge sessions, current testing status and coordinate with onshore and onsite team members.
• Maintain documentation of test results, effective and reusable test data creation.
• Define, build, modify and execute automation test frameworks for regression test coverage on business process testing, using tools such as Provar, Selenium and UFT.
