Job Context

Ekinops develops SD‑WAN and SASE solutions relying heavily on modern, scalable web‑based interfaces (front‑end and back‑end). Ensuring UI robustness, performance, and end‑to‑end user experience is a critical part of our product success.

Within the SDx RD team composed by developers and QA engineer, you will be responsible for validating the UI stack of the Ekinops SASE platform, ensuring quality across UX, APIs, microservices, and observability layers.

Duties and Responsibilities

As part of the UI and Data Reporting team, your responsibilities will include:

• Validate UI (front‑end back‑end) of the SASE platform – Review specifications, design test plans, create and maintain test cases.
• Investigate, reproduce, and document issues coming from internal teams or field reports.
• Plan and execute performance, load, and scalability tests, define KPIs, and ensure regression monitoring.
• Use monitoring/observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.) to track system behaviour, detect anomalies, and improve visibility.
• Contribute to automation and CI/CD, integrating UI tests and improving test frameworks and coverage.
• Collaborate closely with RD, SRE, and Product Teams to ensure quality across the entire delivery lifecycle.

You are a rigorous, curious, and autonomous QA professional with a passion for quality in complex distributed environments.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in QA for web applications (front‑end + back‑end).
• Solid understanding of HTTP/REST APIs, JSON, authentication flows, microservices.
• Practical experience with Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring/observability tools.
• Experience with performance and scalability testing of web systems.
• Good understanding of Linux, containers, cloud or virtualized environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with distributed teams.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SASE, SD‑WAN, cloud security, or networking concepts.
• Experience with automation frameworks (Robot Framework, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with log analysis tools (Loki, Elastic, OpenSearch, etc.). To apply
