QA Lead

Introduction

The QA Lead position is a key role within our team, responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have experience with Playwright, automation, AI, and artificial intelligence, and will play a crucial role in shaping our QA processes.

Responsibilities

The QA Lead will be responsible for:

• Leading the QA team in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Implementing automated testing processes using Playwright and other automation tools
• Working closely with developers and product managers to identify quality issues and drive resolution
• Mentoring and training QA team members on best practices and new technologies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall quality of our software products
• Utilizing AI and artificial intelligence techniques to enhance testing processes and improve efficiency
• Monitoring and analyzing test results to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our QA practices and methodologies

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Playwright and automation testing
• Understanding of AI and artificial intelligence concepts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in QA or related fields
• Experience with AI-driven testing tools
• Knowledge of software development methodologies
