QA Lead, Bear, DE / Hybrid - Locals Only

Role : QA Lead Location : Bear, DE (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per Week) Duration : 12+ Months Contract We are seeking a QA Lead with strong experience in integration testing, defect management, test planning, and end-to-end quality assurance processes within enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure CIT and SIT testing are completed before UAT deployment • Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts • Maintain traceability matrices for full requirement coverage • Execute regression, security, compatibility, stress, and data conversion testing • Track, document, and resolve software defects • Coordinate with development teams for defect remediation and retesting • Maintain controlled test environments and workflow test data • Support UAT reporting and testing documentation • Participate in project planning and estimation activities Required Skills: • 5+ years of QA / Software Testing experience • Strong experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts • CIT, SIT, and UAT testing experience • Regression, security, compatibility, and stress testing • Defect tracking and test management • Traceability matrix experience • SDLC and testing lifecycle knowledge • Strong analytical and communication skills Preferred: • Experience in enterprise or government environments • Knowledge of continuous integration / delivery processes
