The User tribe is responsible for our mobile application. The application allows our end-users to check their balance, find the right place to spend, and explore all the benefits they can get. Our Testing & QA Team

Our Testing & QA team is essential for ensuring the reliability and performance of our products, while reducing the workload of our engineering teams. Its mission: to guarantee the quality of our products and services, and to continuously improve our processes and tools to bring value to our customers.

We have invested very early in automation capabilities; we are looking for very intentional efficiency with an end-to-end vision within our teams. Our Testing & QA community focuses on 4 pillars:

• Promoting a "shift left" culture for quality, fully integrating the test strategy into the product delivery cycle, anticipating edge cases and acceptance criteria, and fostering the "3 amigos" approach.
• Designing and implementing robust end-to-end test/QA strategies, to take into account transversality and interdependence within our ecosystem, maximize product reliability while allowing for a high delivery frequency.
• Adopting our data-driven culture by promoting total transparency on test KPIs: functional coverage, automation and execution metrics.
• Establishing a strong QA community of practice so that good practices and working methods also reach our internal and external partners, and contribute to raising the Quality culture within Edenred.

Our QA team works closely with the Engineering, Data, and Product teams to ensure that our products meet the high standards of quality and performance expected by our customers.

Our test stack consists of Jira X-Ray for documenting and executing test scenarios. For automation, we are building our framework based on Selenium, Appium, and RestAssured. It is packaged for use in Xray or via an IDE for scripting scenarios with a low-code approach.

What You'll Do With Us

As a Senior Mobile QA Engineer, based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, you will be a key player in driving quality in your scope. Your main responsibilities:

• Quality activity management: build the team's test strategy and define the right quality approach in collaboration with your Product Owner, Scrum Master, and the technical team.
• Shift-Left Testing: influence the product team upstream of the development cycle, focusing on edge cases and acceptance criteria.
• Automation Promotion: advocate for test automation strategies, ensure robust and efficient automated coverage. Build your roadmap with a risk-based approach.
• Risk-based Prioritization in Frequent Release Contexts: comfortable in a high-frequency delivery environment, with strong skills in prioritization and risk-based decision-making.
• Independent Investigation and Ownership: ability to independently investigate functional and technical issues (APIs, logs, microservices) and take ownership of quality in your scope.
• Tool Usage and Adoption: leverage Jira and the Atlassian suite for test planning and execution, and use the Gherkin language for test scripting.
• Team Spirit and Collaboration: you will join a young, dynamic, and collaborative team that values ownership, trust, and continuous improvement.

What We Expect From You

• Fluent English (essential)
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in software testing and quality engineering
• Mobile testing expertise: experience with a high-volume mobile application
• Technical mastery: solid hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Appium, Playwright, Cucumber)
• Cloud-native architecture: experience testing cloud-native applications, including Mobile, Web, and microservices
• High-volume applications: experience with products serving large user bases across multiple countries and languages
• Agile experience: proven experience in agile environments, with a focus on shift-left practices
• Collaborative skills: excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional teams
• Test management tools: mastery of Jira X-Ray and the Atlassian suite for test management
• Gherkin language: experience writing and executing tests in Gherkin language
