We’re looking for someone to build the system that decides what is allowed to exist in production, and watches it in real time.

🎯 Your Role

As QA Lead & Cofounder, you will:

• Define and enforce test coverage across all flows
• Lead automation across:
  • API (Postman/Newman)
  • Web (Playwright)
  • Mobile (Flutter)
• Build and enforce CI/CD quality gates using GitHub Actions
• Design smoke testing systems (post-deployment)
• Build monitoring systems for live environments
• Detect failures before users report them

📡 Monitoring (Very Important to Us)

You will help us monitor:

• Failed or delayed transactions
• API errors and downtime
• System inconsistencies
• Third‑party failures
• Real‑time performance issues

👉 The goal: We should know something is broken before any user notices

⚙️ What We Expect

• Strong experience in automation testing
• Hands‑on with:
  • Playwright or Cypress
  • Postman / Newman
  • CI/CD (GitHub Actions preferred)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Sentry, Datadog, logs, alerts, etc.)
• Ability to think in systems, not just test cases
• Strong ownership mindset

💰 Compensation (Built for Builders)

This is not a fixed‑salary role.

Your monthly remuneration is:

• A percentage of company profit
