QA Tester

In this position, you are a QA Tester with demonstrated success in supporting the federal government. The QA Tester is responsible for the programmatic quality of support, focusing on coordination, planning, reporting, and administration functions.

Essential Functions

• Conduct and perform standardized testing designed to find flaws before they become larger issues
• Assist in troubleshooting processes and verify that implemented fixes have intended results.
• Create logs and tracking systems to document testing results.

Must Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-8 years’ relevant experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office products, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Experience working with risk management techniques, metrics, KPIs

Desired Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Federal or DoD organizations, policies, procedures, instructions, directives, and manuals
• Experience working with the U.S. Federal Government
