Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the functionality and quality of software products.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, and work closely with developers to resolve them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design test cases accordingly.
• Perform functional testing to verify that the software meets specified requirements and functions as expected.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that software changes and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on test progress, test coverage, and defect metrics to project stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience as a Functional QA Tester or similar role.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with functional testing, regression testing, and test automation.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Communication and collaboration skills.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
