Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA / Testing Lead to drive quality assurance strategy, execution, and governance across a large‑scale digital platform. This role will ensure system reliability, performance, and a seamless user experience across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases
- Perform functional, integration, usability, and performance testing
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts
- Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance standards
- Collaborate with development, UX, and product teams to ensure quality deliverables
- Validate accessibility compliance (WCAG standards)
Required Experience
- 5–8+ years of QA and software testing experience
- Proven experience testing enterprise‑level web platforms
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing complex, integrated systems with multiple APIs and third‑party services
- Hands‑on experience with accessibility testing (WCAG compliance)
- Experience with performance and load testing tools
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably Drupal
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., government, healthcare, finance)
