The goal is to deliver a modern, user-centric digital experience with a strong brand identity, improved navigation, and a fully mobile‑first design. The platform serves millions of users daily and is critical for delivering real‑time information and services.

Key areas of focus include:

• Expanding flexible content capabilities
• Strengthening SEO performance
• Enhancing user engagement through features such as subscriptions, alerts, and interactive tools

The technical environment includes Drupal CMS, modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js), real‑time data integrations, and multiple third‑party systems. This is a mission‑critical platform requiring high standards of quality, scalability, and performance.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA / Testing Lead to drive quality assurance strategy, execution, and governance across a large‑scale digital platform. This role will ensure system reliability, performance, and a seamless user experience across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases
• Perform functional, integration, usability, and performance testing
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts
• Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance standards
• Collaborate with development, UX, and product teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Validate accessibility compliance (WCAG standards)

Required Experience

• 5–8+ years of QA and software testing experience
• Proven experience testing enterprise‑level web platforms
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing complex, integrated systems with multiple APIs and third‑party services
• Hands‑on experience with accessibility testing (WCAG compliance)
• Experience with performance and load testing tools
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably Drupal
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., government, healthcare, finance)
