QA/QC Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for transmission power lines installation activities on site and to ensure all project activities comply with Quality Plans, ITPs, standards, project specifications, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all quality documentation, including the ITP and Quality Plan.
• Follow up and monitor site quality plan implementation.
• Issue and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
• Follow up & monitor all site activities in daily basis including installations, commissioning and final tests.
• Confirm that all drawings are approved and stamped with IFC furthermore confirming the site using the last revision of drawings.
• Confirm that all material is approved completely with technical submittal, FAT and MRR.
• Conduct receipt inspections and confirm all material certificates MTCs) are compliant before installation.
• Cooperate and coordinate with the site QC civil and mechanical for any interface works to implement the work.
• Prepare and arrange all inspections with consultant.
• Implement all project QA/ QC Documents and records periodically in proper way as per company QMS and send copy for head office through mail.
• Control and audit all project documents with site DC.
• Confirm that all forms used in site are the last version approved by QA of the company.
• Issue monthly reports by all Quality site records and send to main office for review.
• Compile the complete, signed-off Quality Dossier for client project acceptance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Certified from TAQA UAE
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Engineering or equivalent
