A company is looking for a QA/QC Lead to ensure quality and consistency in technical work for a multifamily energy efficiency program.
Responsibilities
- Oversee quality assurance and control processes for project documentation and engineering reviews
- Identify and track recurring issues, develop reports, and present findings to program leadership
- Coordinate with third-party QA/QC reviewers and provide technical rebuttals as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Energy Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in energy efficiency, engineering review, or technical QA/QC
- Strong technical knowledge of multifamily energy efficiency measures and building systems
- Experience with engineering calculations and pre- and post-installation inspections
Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEM, BPI, RESNET) are a plus
