Must-Haves
- MUST currently work for an electrical contractor
- Education & Experience (one of the following):
- High School Diploma + 6-8 years of experience
- Associate's Degree + 4-6 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree + 0-2 years of experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Knowledge of Electrical single-line diagrams
- Ability to utilize the National Electrical Code to solve problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Mission Critical Project experience
- Autodesk experience
- Procore experience
- Smartsheet experience
- Primavera Scheduling (P6) experience
What You'll Do
You'll manage quality and commissioning across multiple data center construction sites, ensuring every electrical installation meets the exacting standards required for mission-critical infrastructure.
Multi-Site Quality Leadership
- Manage Quality and Commissioning scopes across multiple sites simultaneously.
- Streamline QA/CX processes and evaluate lessons learned to enhance success across all locations.
Process Engineering
- Engineer and track sites using live schedules.
- Devise ways to improve processes to ensure higher-quality installation.
- Review specifications and procedures, then train staff to implement them.
Standards & Compliance
- Set requirements for installations and monitor compliance.
- Oversee production procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Ensure site obligations and guideline compliance.
Team Management
- Supervise electricians, inspectors, technicians, and other staff.
- Provide guidance to ensure duties are performed per established quality procedures.
- Direct weekly and monthly team meetings.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, compile, and analyze quality statistical data.
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
- Prepare and present reports to update upper management on quality activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Understand and communicate client needs to quality and production teams.
- Gain client feedback, attend meetings, submit reports, and assist external auditors and inspectors.
