Summary
Join our dynamic UX Research team focused on uncovering valuable insights about our diverse user base. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and business teams to identify research topics that matter.
- Serve as a thought leader in the research domain, advocating for users in the product development process.
- Design and conduct comprehensive primary research utilizing a range of methodologies.
- Create studies that explore both user behaviors and attitudes toward our platform.
- Manage and prioritize research projects in fast-paced environments, ensuring alignment and effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
- Present research findings and actionable insights in engaging and impactful ways.
- Work cross-functionally with design, product management, content strategy, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Generate insights that not only spark new ideas but also evaluate existing designs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in user experience or applied research, or a Master's degree and 2+ years of experience, or a PhD with relevant experience.
- Proven experience conducting in-depth interviews, focus groups, concept testing, and usability testing.
- A hands-on approach to executing primary research.
- Ability to translate research findings into strategic insights and narratives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the advertising industry or digital marketing product development.
- Educational background in human behavior-related fields such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, or Economics.
- Experience integrating AI tools to enhance workflows and achieve measurable improvements.
- Knowledge of responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk assessment and bias mitigation.
- Demonstrated engagement in ongoing AI skill development and staying updated with emerging technologies.
Public Compensation
$141,000/year to $192,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
