Your Tasks

• Planning and execution of internal and external audits as well as support and further development of suppliers in the area of quality assurance.
• Analysis and evaluation of quality-relevant data, creation of statistics, and coordination with internal specialist departments.
• Ensuring and further developing the quality assurance system, including maintaining quality documentation and procedural instructions.
• Processing customer complaints and incidents, including technical statements, and supporting on-site implementation of measures.

Your Profile

• Completed technical training with further education as a state-certified technician or studies in engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Confident use of MS Office and SAP, as well as good German and English language skills.
• Structured, analytical way of working, as well as strong communication skills and decisiveness.
