Job Description

As a Quality Engineer / QA Engineer with a focus on an international career, you will play a key role in our global projects. You will ensure that our products and systems meet the highest quality standards and make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction worldwide. This position offers you the opportunity to work internationally at various locations and on different projects and to contribute your expertise in a multicultural environment. You will work closely with development teams, production, and external partners to define quality requirements, optimize processes, and monitor compliance with global standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Definition, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance processes and standards in line with international guidelines.
• Analysis of root causes of errors and initiation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conducting internal and external audits and supplier evaluations.
• Creation and maintenance of quality management documentation.
• Advising development teams on quality-related issues and risk assessments.
• Support in the certification of products and systems.
• Training employees in quality principles and procedures.
• Active participation in international project teams.

Required Skills

• Completed degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in quality management or quality assurance, ideally in an international context.
• Sound knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Confident use of quality tools and methods (e.g., FMEA, 8D report, Six Sigma).
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness for international travel and temporary assignments abroad.
• Analytical skills and a structured way of working.
• Teamwork and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional qualification as a Quality Manager, Auditor, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• Experience in the digitalization of quality processes.
• Knowledge of other languages (e.g., Spanish, Chinese).
• Experience in the automotive, electronics, or energy industry.
