To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Quality System Engineer (m/f/d) at our Adelberg location, effective immediately. Wodeer Technology Europe GmbH is a growing German company with a Chinese parent company. Wodeer Technology Europe GmbH was founded in 2018 and is responsible for the development, sales, technical support, and production of customized sensor and actuator solutions for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Your Responsibilities

• Support in the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our quality management system.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant automotive standards, especially IATF 16949.
• Creation, updating, and maintenance of QM documentation, processes, and work instructions.
• Planning, execution, and follow-up of internal audits and process audits (e.g., VDA 6.3).
• Support and supervision of external audits and certification audits.
• Creation of audit reports and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Monitoring the implementation of quality management processes in various company areas.
• Analysis and tracking of process and quality key figures.
• Organization and execution of training courses on the quality management system.
• Creation of regular reports on the status of the quality management system.

Your Profile

• Completed technical degree or comparable qualification, e.g., in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or quality management.
• Several years of experience in quality management in the automotive sector.
• Knowledge of automotive standards, especially IATF 16949.
• Experience with audits and ideally a qualification as an internal auditor.
• Knowledge of quality methods such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, and PPAP are advantageous.
• Structured and self-reliant way of working.
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor towards internal and external contacts.
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
