Quality Assurance Analyst

The Opportunity:

Join us in enhancing the user experience of training materials and videos. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring our instructional content is intuitive, reliable, and effective. You will be responsible for thoroughly analyzing software, videos, and training materials to maintain the highest quality standards before release.

In this role, you will collaborate with instructional design engineers, meticulously evaluate instructional videos and training artifacts for the Navy, and contribute to the development and implementation of test plans based on design specifications and requirements.

Utilizing your expertise in software quality assurance, you'll identify issues, propose solutions, and track standard compliance. You will document your findings and effectively communicate any concerns or suggestions for enhancements to the development team, supporting them in delivering exceptional tools and resources. You Have:

• Strong ability to comprehend and articulate instructional design materials.
• Eye for detail to recognize issues or areas in need of improvement.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• A Bachelor’s degree with experience in quality assurance, an Associate’s degree plus 2+ years of experience, or 6+ years of quality assurance experience without a degree.

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in software testing.
• Experience testing courseware and instructional design videos.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Possession of a Secret clearance.

Clearance:

The projected salary range for this position is $52,900 to $108,000 annually. This estimate reflects the typical salary range and is part of Booz Allen's overall compensation package.
