Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes. This role is essential in helping us deliver high-quality solutions to our customers in the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software quality.
• Utilize SQL to gather data and validate test results against expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and usability.
• Document and track defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and retesting as needed.
• Analyze data and testing outcomes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in QA reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in QA testing and quality assurance processes.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Familiarity with software QA management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools.
• Experience working with medical devices is a plus.
