Job Description

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring high standards of service quality, operational consistency, and risk mitigation. This role focuses on quality assurance, manual testing, performance monitoring, defect management, and data-driven insights to support fair customer outcomes and continuous process improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) assessments, manual testing, and control testing in alignment with the company’s Quality Framework
  • Analyze business requirements and create detailed test cases, test cases, and validation documentation
  • Evaluate transactions, operational processes, and service interactions for accuracy, compliance, consistency, and customer impact
  • Execute manual test cases, identify defects/issues, and ensure proper tracking through tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps
  • Maintain accurate documentation, audit trails, test evidence, and defect reports for compliance and governance purposes
  • Monitor individual and team performance metrics to identify trends, process gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities
