This is your chance to take the lead on automation across the full SDLC

You’ll design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks while mentoring and empowering a team of testers to grow their automation capabilities. Working closely with developers, product teams, and DevOps, you’ll play a key role in embedding quality into every stage of the development process.

From functional and regression testing to CI/CD optimization, your influence will stretch across the entire delivery pipeline. You’ll help shape best practices, improve processes, and contribute to a strong engineering culture where quality is a shared responsibility, not an afterthought.

Skills & Experience: Proven, senior-level experience in software QA and automation testing Strong programming/scripting skills (ideally C#) Deep understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and automation best practices Experience with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Selenium, Cypress, or similar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to guide, mentor, and uplift a team of testers in automation Comfortable operating in fast-moving, agile engineering environments

Qualification: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in IT or software engineering. Bonus: API testing, performance/security testing, and CI/CD pipeline experience.
