Quality Assurance Engineers (Remote)

Job Description

• As a QA engineer, you’ll safeguard the client’s application quality through rigorous testing, ensuring reliability and user satisfaction in a high velocity development cycle.

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning meetings by defining testing strategies aligned with project goals and architecture.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans, automate scripts, and conduct manual reviews for functionalities.
• Identify, document, and fix bugs, verifying performance, security, and compatibility across environments.
• Communicate findings to teams and stakeholders, providing feedback loops for quick resolutions.
• Support deployment testing on AWS, monitor production issues via Linux CLI tools, and ensure ongoing quality maintenance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in QA/testing, with tools like Selenium, Postman, or Appium for automated/manual testing.
• Proficiency in AWS for test environments and Linux CLI for scripting/debugging.
• Strong in agile testing, CI/CD integration (e.g., Jenkins), and defect tracking (Jira/Bugzilla).
• Startup agility: end-to-end testing ownership, rapid regression cycles, and proactive quality advocacy.
