Overview

We are seeking a QA Test Engineer with a strong lead/architect mindset to support an enterprise application initiative. This role will focus on reviewing existing manual QA processes while driving the establishment, improvement, and standardization of QA practices moving forward. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can lead process transformation initiatives in addition to working with MS Dynamics 365. This position requires strong Agile experience and the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed QA teams.

Key Responsibilities • Review and assess current manual QA processes supporting a large-scale application or platform. • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within existing QA workflows. • Define and implement enhanced QA standards, best practices, and documentation frameworks. • Act as a QA lead/architect by driving strategy, process improvements, and quality transformation initiatives. • Collaborate closely with onshore and offshore QA team members to ensure consistency, alignment, and scalability of QA practices. • Partner with development, product, and business stakeholders to align QA strategy with overall delivery goals, including MS Dynamics 365 initiatives. • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, ensuring QA practices are effectively embedded within Agile methodologies. • Support ongoing quality initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement across teams and processes.

Required Qualifications • Strong background in manual QA within Agile environments. • Proven experience operating in a QA lead or architect capacity, driving strategy and process improvements. • Solid understanding of Agile best practices and QA’s role within Agile delivery teams. • Experience with or exposure to MS Dynamics 365 in a testing or quality engineering capacity. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with distributed (onshore and offshore) teams. • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. • Hands-on experience reviewing, refining, and standardizing QA processes.

Preferred Qualifications • Working knowledge of UFT (Unified Functional Testing) for potential future automation initiatives. • Experience transitioning manual QA practices toward automation frameworks. • Familiarity with enterprise-scale QA transformations or quality engineering maturity models.
